The Scorpion and the Turtle

Theres a fable about a Scorpion and a Turtle.

The scorpion needed to cross a river. He asked the turtle to give him a ride on his back.

The turtle said~

How do I know you will not sting me?

The scorpion replied that it would be suicidal to do so because then they would both drown.

The turtle saw the logic and agreed to ferry the scorpion.

Halfway across the river, the turtle felt a sharp sting.

As they sank under the water, the turtle gasped

Why did you do that? Now we will both die.

I can not help it.

Well, I have been making a lot of things lately. I just haven't been writing on my blog lately.
I am JTNee on Facebook in case anybody is interested.
I keep making things because I'm afraid if I stop it'll be hard for me to start again.
I think my titles are supposed to be descriptive to be found on Etsy or Google search engines.I don't like that, but I suppose I have to do it because getting views on Etsy is very competitive. Okay, I think I'll put Kardashian
in the title of this one. That ought to do it.

Here's an old picture of me with my cousins and my brother on a boat on the way to the Statue of Liberty. We climbed up to the crown. The Twin Towers hadn't been built yet.
